Third Party Services

If our application integrates with third-party services, such as QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, Google, email providers, SMS providers, or other platforms, it is strictly to provide or improve the functionality of our application. These third-party services are governed by their privacy policies, and we encourage users to review those policies to understand how their data is handled by those providers.
Where you connect a third-party integration, we use data shared through that integration only for the purposes authorized by you, such as syncing invoices, payments, customers, products, messages, files, or related business records. Any sharing or processing of Google user data is conducted in accordance with Google's User Data Policy where applicable.
Data Usage and Sharing
We are committed to ensuring the confidentiality and security of your personal information. We collect and use data only to provide and improve the functionality of our services. We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to third parties for unrelated purposes.
Use Of Services By Minors
The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of sixteen (16), and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 16.
Jurisdiction And Cross-Border Transfer

Sensitive Information

Third Party Payment Service
The Services may provide functionality allowing you to make payments to the Company using third-party payment services, such as Stripe or similar payment processors, with which you have created your own account or through which your payment is processed. When you use such a service to make a payment to us, your Personal Information will be collected by such third party and not by us, and will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Policy.
